Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICIES I understand life happens especially with the new norm due to COVID-19. Out of respect for my time and yours, please read my cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for a 24-hour notice. I confirm ALL appointments by text and email. Please check your email and text on phone number you provided. If you are a NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled. If you cancel within the 24hr you will be charged 50% of your your scheduled service. Please confirm appointment. CHILDREN AT THE SALON We strive to provide a relaxing environment for our guests. WE DO NOT PERFORM SERVICES ON CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OF AGE to maintain our chill atmosphere. Children over 8 are welcome with close supervision. Unless your child has an appointment, we ask that you do not bring them during yours. HAIR EXTENSION POLICIES If you purchased your extensions from another salon, there will be a hourly rate is $125 an hour versus our normal $100 an hour. This is considered extension correction work. I will try to make the extensions you purchased elsewhere work for you for as long as I am able. When you need to purchase a new set from me, your hourly rate will go to our normal rate. I will NEVER INSTALL EXTENSIONS PURCHASED BY AN INDIVIDUAL. Please do not ask if I will install extensions you bought elsewhere. I only use extensions from the company I am certified with. Quotes are not given over the phone. Each extension order is customized for your desired length and thickness. Once I order hair extensions, I cannot return them. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL AN EXTENSION INSTALL AFTER YOU HAVE HAD A CONSULTATION OR IF YOU HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT ON THE EXTENSIONS, PLEASE KNOW THE DEPOSIT FOR THE HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THE EXTENSIONS ARE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF THE SALON. REFUNDS- Absolutely NO REFUNDS on any services done. If you are not satisfied with the service given, I will do my best to make you happy.
